Hurricane lyrics (album version)

Hurricane

No matter how many times that
you told me you wanted to leave.
No matter how many breaths that
you took you still couldn’t breathe.
No matter how many nights that you
lay wide awake to the sound of the pulsing rain.

Where did you go?
Where did you go?
Where did you go?

[As days goes by, the night’s on fire]

Tell me would you kill
to save a life?
Tell me would you kill
to prove you’re right.
Crash, crash.
Burn, let it all burn.
This hurricane is chasing us all underground.

No matter how many days that I died,
I will never forget.
No matter how many lies that I live
I will never regret.
There is a fire inside and
it started a riot.
About to explode into flames.

Where is your god?
Where is your god?
Where is your god?

Do you really want…
Do you really want me?
Do you really want me dead
or alive to torture for my sins?

Do you really want…
Do you really want me?
Do you really want me, dead
or alive to live a lie?

Tell me would you kill
to save a life?
Tell me would you kill
to prove you’re right.
Crash, crash.
Burn, let it all burn.
This hurricane is chasing us all underground.

The promises we made were not enough.
[Never play the game again.]
The prayers had dreamed were like a drug.
[Never gonna in the end.]
The secrets that sold we’ll never know.
The love we had, the love we had
we had to let it go!
[Never giving in again, never giving in again]

Tell me would you kill
to save a life?
Tell me would you kill
to prove you’re right.
Crash, crash.
Burn, let it all burn.
This hurricane is chasing us all underground.

Oh, this hurricane. Oh!
This hurricane, oh!
This hurricane, oh whoa!

Do you reall want…
Do you really want me?
Do you really want me dead?
Or alive to torture for my sins.

Do you really want…
Do you really want me?
Do you really want me dead
or alive to live a lie?

Hurricane

Hurricane

No matter how many times that
you told me you wanted to leave,
no matter how many breaths that
you took you still couldn’t breathe.
No matter how many nights that you
lie wide awake to the sound of the pouring rain.

Where did you go?
Where did you go?
Where did you go?

[Heartbeat, a heartbeat. I need a heartbeat, a heartbeat]

Tell me would you kill
to save a life?
Tell me would you kill
to prove you’re right.
Crash, crash.
Burn, let it all burn.
This hurricane is chasing us all underground.

No matter how many days that I died
I will never forget.
No matter how many lies that I live
I will never regret.
There is a fire inside and
it started a riot.
About to explode into flames.

Where is your god?
Where is your god?
Where is your god?

Do you really love…
Do you really love me?
Do you really love me, dead?
Or alive to torture for my sins?

[Heartbeat, a heartbeat. I need a heartbeat, a heartbeat…]
[You know I gotta leave, I can’t stay
I know I gotta go, I can’t stay.]

Do you really love…
Do you really love me?
Do you really love me, dead?
Or alive to live again?

Tell me would you kill
to save a life?
Tell me would you kill
to prove you’re right.
Crash, crash.
Burn, let it all burn.
This hurricane is chasing us all underground.

[You say you’re wrong, you’re wrong.
I’m right. I’m right.
You wrong, we fight.
Okay, I’m running from the light,
running from the day to night, oh.
The quiet silence defines our misery,
the right inside keeps trying to visit me.
No matter how we try, there’s too much history.
Too many bad notes playing in our symphony.
So let it free, let it fly, let it go.
Let it fall, let it crash, burn slow.
Then you call upon god. Oh you call upon god.]

Tell me would you kill
to save a life?
Tell me would you kill
to prove you’re right.
Crash, crash.
Burn, let it all burn.
This hurricane is chasing us all underground.

Oh, this hurricane. Oh!
This hurricane, oh!
This hurricane, oh whoa!

Do you reall love..
Do you really love me?
Do you really love me dead?
Or alive to torture for my sins.

Do you really love…
Do you really love me?
Do you really love me dead
or alive to live again.

I bet Hurricane is going to be played on the radio a lot just because Kanye is in it.

Which is fine with me, hearing 30 Seconds to Mars is always a good thing.

I hope Kanye has the smallest part possible. I liked him, until he ruined Taylor Swift’s night and said the 2008 MTV EMAs were rigged coz Mars shudnt have won all those prizes…

FAIL (Kanye, not you XD)

Kanye West is an attention whore lol. I bet he’s mainly just got harmonizing parts on the song anyway. Nothing earth shatteringly major.
